IRWA offers three career paths for right of way professionals who are seeking to earn credentials: An Industry Path, a Specialist Path, and a new Professional Right of Way Certification Program. IRWA's premier designation, the Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA), is the most prestigious professional designation in the right of way industry and is part of both the Industry Path and new Professional Right of Way Certification Program.

 

The Right of Way (R/W) Certification Program offers certification in four right of way disciplines, plus the Uniform Act and the Appraisal Cross Certification. Right of way certification is granted to candidates who have achieved professional status through experience, education, and examination in a specific discipline.
