Lisa has spent the last several years as a Real Estate Specialist for Salt Lake County, having an excellent understanding of Right-of-Way principles. She is the principal broker of her own full service boutique brokerage, "Salt Lake City Realty," and is passionate and enthusiastic in her work.

Benjamin LeFevre, Treasurer

Ben LeFevre, MAI, is a Managing Director at Integra Realty Resources and seasoned appraiser. He received his Bachelor in Sciences in 2005 from the University of Utah, and his MBA at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah in 2007.

Derek Sorenson
Past President

Derek has spend the last several years as the Director of Real Estate for Salt lake County and was the Manager of Real Estate Acquisition and Dispositions at Utah Transit Authority. He now serves in an advisory capacity role for the chapter.

James, Olshchewski,
1st Year Director

James A Olschewski, PLS, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, has spent his 30+ year career designing and acquiring ROW for UDOT as a consultant & as an employee along with Utility Coordination. He has degrees in both Architecture and Surveying, has served as the Deputy Director of Right-of-Way, the Right-of-Way Design Program Manager, the Statewide Utility Manager for Utah DOT and is now the Right-of-Way Program Manager for Kimley-Horn.

Richard Sloan, MAI, is an experience valuation expert as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser/Consultant at J. Phillip Cook, LLC. Richard has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a M.B.A in Westminster University.

Kaydee Reynolds, RWA, specializes in acquisition and coordination efforts, working closely with project stakeholders and property owners. She works as both a project coordinator and acquisition agent at Meridian Engineering, Inc.

Justin specializes in solving complicated valuation questions and works within the right-of-way industry. He currently works as a commercial real estate appraiser at Associate Director of Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield.

John R. Tekin, SR/WA, Region 9 Secretary/Treasurer

Carmelita Delgado, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, RWA is a deeply involved member of the International Right of Way Association, having helped many positions within the organization. She works as the North Central Regional manager for Percheron Field Services. 

Kristen Muncy, SR/WA, R/W-NAC, is a real estate and right of way professional, specializing in federally fueled transportation projects, public outreach, and negotiations. She currently works as the Real Estate Manager of the City of Greenly.

John Tekin brings 20 years of expertise in right-of-way acquisitions, property acquisitions, permits, lease negotiations, and land title matters. As an experienced land acquisition consultant, he has established extensive partnerships with utility providers and governmental entities. John currently serves as Vice President of Operations at SelectROW.
