We are honored to host Pat Thayer as the instructor for this relocation training. Pat Thayer has over 40 years of experience working as a ROW professional as both a state agent and a consulting agent. As the current Sr. Professional Associate at HDR in Oregon since 2006, with experience as an Area ROW/RES Program Manager at HDR Alaska, and a member of the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities from 1985 to 2005, Pat Thayer is a subject matter expert on relocation and particularly with HUD subsidizes.
